There was absolutely no follow-up after numerous \intake interviews\ for jobs I applied for. I had to call numerous times and then finally had to call reception to be directed to the person who initially did my intake interview. I then receive a call today asking if I want to remain on their database or, if I have found a job, be removed. When I asked to be removed, the employee started laughing. I expressed how unprofessional they have conducted themselves. The franchise owner then calls me and I expressed my frustrations, he did not really do anything other than say you have expressed your opinion. I am visible minority and I know other visible minorities have stated concerns over this locations practices. Regardless of your background, do not work with this location. Very poor treatment of job seekers. In response to the owners response to the above review: You say you do not discriminate but yet numerous visible minorities have complained about your practices. You're doing a very poor job in promoting diversity and inclusion. It's even apparent among your own team as I did not see a single visible minority working at your offices.

Alex was very attentive. She matched me with one interview that wasn’t a good fit for me then a week later got me into another company for an interview which I got hired on full time. I appreciate them helping me out. I also enjoyed that I didn’t even go to them. They called me after I applied to one of their posted positions. I didn’t even know about them. Thanks Alex.

I had a great experience with Express. All the staff are very professional, friendly and work hard to place clients. I was placed in a 2 week position with a possible extension,which has since turned into being hired on full time, and I love my job. The Express staff took the time to make sure that I was happy in my position and to see if I had any concerns through my contract time. I do make sure that I let people know that I highly recommend Express. Thank you for everything Kari, Marcia and Kelly.(hope I spelled your names right. Auto correct kept changing my spelling.)
