I spilled my ice tea on my laptop and I brought it the next afternoon and I got it back next morning and it works perfectly. Very professional. Also he opened the laptop right away and showed me what the damage so I knew exactly what was wrong. Wasn't shady at all.

Good inventory for Apple products and accessories. The repair of phone was quick and screen was fixed with lifetime support in less than 25 mins. Excellent service at this location! My 2012 Mac book Pro hard drive was fried that when i brought it to the apple store that they said they could not fix. I came to this location, said they could fix it and it was completed in 45min same day. Will for sure recommend this location to friends. They did a great job at explaining the process and the cost. Friendly staff made the experience great. Made my computer feel like it was brand new!

World class customer service & affordable My power button got stuck on my phone and sure enough I hadn’t backed it up, another place quoted higher and 6 hrs till finished. Experimax looked at my phone verified a few symptoms and explained his solution. 30 and 30 minutes later my phone is working and no need to restore my phone. I was fearing the mall based store for being higher priced but I was wrong. I was happy to for the customer service and how easy the made the repair seem. They have a good selection of Macs at reasonable prices.

Harry really helped me out with everything. It was my first time going to this place! My laptop was damaged with liquid and he managed to fix it within a day. Would recommend this place to everyone as they have affordable prices as well. Super happy with the experience!!!

Went to Erin Mills store and was greeted by Harry. Took my sons iPhone and our laptop for screen replacement. The job was done so efficiently. Harry was a pleasure to deal with. Very honest and his work is meticulous. Prices are reasonable and warranty is great! So glad we found this place. Highly recommend and would definitely go there again!! Thank you Harry!
