My chicken was hot and a respectable amount of grease for any deep fried food. I am quite happy with the changes. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my special order. I recommend here once again. I have really enjoyed KFC since I was child. Unfortunately I find myself disappointed more often than not at this location. I have yet to get hot fresh french fries from here. The chicken is most often really greasy and cold and not consistent with other kfc restaurants. I will continue to buy my chicken there because it's the only one here in this area. Since the food is cool to cold, I reheat mine in the toaster over for health safety. I gave a 3 star because I do love kfc taste but this place prob only deserves a 2 star.

Chicken was very dry (and I'm not the only one who noticed this), corn is dry, coleslaw is too watery and its colour didn't look right; to make things worse, they didn't have KFC's vegetarian option, our buddy had to walk across the street to grab A&W... but then they said we can't sit at the restaurant because it's company policy not to bring other food inside!! To put it very nicely, we weren't impressed!
Not very clean, needs dec update (wingham one) employees need a refresh er on public relations customer satisfaction. Chicken pieces were tiny no meat. Shld pay better attention as to what chicken is going in bucket. But still love food.
On line order placed for 11 AM pickup, no record of the order, \will need 5 minutes to prepare your order\ 15 minutes later, \just 5 more minutes\. 20 minutes after I walked in the door finally get my order, everything, fries, chicken and popcorn chicken all luke warm at best and the spicy option that was ordered was not, wrong order filled. I am a 1 minute drive from this KFC, no excuse for anything being cold, but it was, 30 sec in microwave I was good to go. I will not be gracing this or any other KFC with my business again, far too many options out there to tolerate what I experienced in service and product. We have had similar issues with KFC over the 50 plus years, but this is the straw that broke the camels back.
Chicken tastes nasty, like the deep fryers haven’t been changed in months. The coleslaw is bubbling. Literally just bought 42 meal and the whole thing is garbage, don’t waste your money!!! If you want food poisoning than this is the place for you.
