This dentist was referred to us by family. Multiple phone messages were left to make an appointment for my husband and myself. After two weeks of intermittent calling and leaving messages I was successful in actually talking to someone. I was then told that we would not be seen by the dentist until we personally picked up the paperwork and filled it out. Only after that was done would an appointment with the Dentist be made. I explained that we were coming from an hour's drive away and could the paperwork be e-mailed to us so we could bring it to our appointment. Taking time off from our work is difficult. For some reason the receptionist was adamant that the paperwork be personally picked up and that I drive two hours just to pick up the paperwork and not even get an appointment. The office staff are inflexible and not friendly or accommodating. New patients are clearly not welcome here!!

I always have a great experience (as much as you can at the dentist). Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dr. DeVries is an excellent dentist!
