For the most part I've been lucky with vehicle service centers but this is the most honest and helpful vehicle service center I have ever done business with. On more than one occasion while sitting in the waiting area waiting for my vehicle I have witnessed the manager and staff treat customers with the utmost respect and courtesy along with giving great deals on their purchases.

Ordered tires and rims waited more than 1 week for them to come in and scheduled an appointment for installation. When I arrived I waited one hour for service. Was then advised that they did not have the rims I had been told had arrived. They could not contact the supplier to get more so told to go home and they will call when they get them. I have little confidence in this as we just went through this. Now have to drive through the snow and ice for how long??? They did not do their job, and have not offered anything for my trouble.

The staff is always friendly and the service I have received has been wonderful. They explain what needs to be done and find ways to do if cost effectively. I highly recommend them for your car if your car is out of warranty.
