This woman disposed of all of my aunts personal effects and belongings (save for a box of paperwork) without our family's consent. In fact we had sent an email that expressly requested that all items be packed and stored until we could retrieve them. Some items included paintings and jewellery. After failing to return numerous calls we were finally able to get in contact with her (thanks to the lawyer) and she informed us that she had donated all the items to Value Village. I would NOT recommend this woman to ANYONE! Shady dealings, poor customer service and a horrible attitude when confronted about her lack of care and attention to the family's request during such a difficult time.
