Customer Service with Execulink is quite an experience, had the same problem 3 times with service, every time you talk to a service rep they tell you the same thing, but don't actually fix the root cause of the problem. Now I'm told Paperless Billing is being implemented \for the environment and to protect me\ (Protect me from what?) and I don't have a choice to opt out... Did you forget I am a customer and I provide you with an income to pay your employees...? See, I do have a choice! Looking at the many Customer Service reviews posted here, I get the feeling it is more than a isolated problem....

Would not recommend execulink internet service. For months we had problems with signal strength and connectivity issues which impacted my girlfriends work (she works from home). We contacted execulinks agents but were mostly spoken to like children and anytime a service agent was supposed to come to our door they either postponed the day before or showed up late. Even after servicing our house the problems kept re-occuring until we had to pay 3 for an upgraded modem ( after countless hours of our wasted time and having agents tell us it was our own problem on our end). Then as a cherry on top execulink suspended our service on an 80 internet bill 2 weeks late on christmas eve. The service execulink provides is a complete joke and should shameful for a company in 2020 and should be criminal to cut someone internet off on christmas eve during a pandemic. Anyone reading this please do yourself a favor and choose another internet company.
Always friendly service. I like the call back service they provide so you don' t have to wait on your phone. I find them expensive, but there is little choice where I live for service providers.
Had problems with our internet randomly shutting down. After giving a bad review, I was contacted by Execulink and our lines were checked and repaired. Thank you for the quick service, no problems so far
Internet service is terrible! Extremely inconsistent speeds and lucky to get over 25mbs yet I pay for 50. How is it that I move into a much bigger town and use a way bigger internet provider and receive way worse service than my previous smaller provider in a way smaller town
