Had Chris and Mike in to refinish some beat up Old Oak floors in two bedrooms and a hallway... their service was excellent arriving and finishing right when they said they would .. the dustless sanding was just as advertised.. Chris was very knowledgeable and happy to explain the process... I only got a couple estimates but excel was much more reasonable and able to work easier within my schedule. They did a little extra work for me sanding some window sills as well.. which they did for a great price and the other company I had quote Me just outright refused. .. we are very happy with there work on the floors... as there was some pretty bad spots and water damaged areas... Can no longer see any blemishes... beautiful work gentlemen.. we will call you in the future for more work and tell our friends. Nathan

We hired Coit to clean our Hardwood floors. In the process there was some minor damage. They sent Excel to repair the damage. The service was professional and efficient. The first repair not look very good. I was concerned that they would give me a problem and argue that it was sufficient. Instead, they came back and explained that the way the repair was done looked OK when they did it, but once the epoxy had set the match to the rest of the hardwood was unacceptable. Three days later, they came back and tried a different approach. The result was excellent. The process was stressful, but Coit and Excel did a great job and in the end we had nothing to worry about. I have attached a photo of the repair and I can't tell the difference between the original and the repaired.
We had the pleasure of having Excel Hardwood Floors refinish both levels on our main floor. It was absolutely painless and of course dustless. Chris & Mike were accommodating, punctual, professional, skilled and courteous. They installed new baseboards for us as well. Our floors and new baseboards look absolutely beautiful. Thank you for an excellent job! We can't recommend you enough.
I recently had an old oak bedroom floor refinished by Chris and his partner at Excel. They provided top notch service and results and I’m very pleased with the results. They came as scheduled daily until the job was finished, took ample precautions to protect other floors as they worked, were polite and responsive to all enquiries and produced excellent results! I highly recommend this company!
