I'm writing this review specifically regarding Serge in building maintenance. I cannot express how many times he has gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful to me. You truly are an asset and so wonderful to have around the building. Update: I had a terrible experience with the other maintenance fellow just recently ( I won't name him) but he was extremely patronizing and unhelpful! I will still keep my 5 star review because Serge really goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful and all other experiences with this building have been wonderful.

Interesting place to live in the heart of downtown, I wonder what it cost?
I think this is the best and highest quality condo in Calgary. Also well managed and excellent concierge staff.
