Awful food and the place. This place is a joke, how do I start and where do I start? No choice but to rate 1 star.. May be this star goes to the staff.. So me and my husband decided we will try this place out for a quick dinner pick. So we walked into the store it looked spooky for sure. Am not sure if this place exchanged hands because the very first review I read, said new ownership so am assuming the same. I was shocked to see the store so messed up with a dried out pizza left on the counter for display. Check out my first picture you'll know. I asked my husband to make sure are we getting the pizza from here? There were couple girls in the back who walked in so unprofessional no greetings not even a word of Hi or Hello. No uniforms, Hat, Apron nothing that made them look they run a pizza store. Don't want to describe more because I don't want to give the girls a hard time, but they were polite not so friendly but were helpful. I did understand that they received zero training. No positive experience here, we ordered pizza and garlic bread images attached.. All these things would have been okay only if the food was delicious but guess what WORST PIZZA EVER.. DRIED OUT, CRUST WAS HARD AS A STONE, TASTED AWFUL. Garlic bread was another joke here. I still don't understand the customers they've earned to review this place so positive Honestly I would rate 0. They definitely need to work on training the staff as well as knowing the standards of making a pizza.

As an food blogger, I would say these guys are using 25years old recipe, they put attention to details, food cooked with extra love and many more. So I would highly recommend you to go to this place and enjoy the best pizza and #1 local pizza in Niagara Falls

I am really disappointed with the service received by the management. I ordered pizza at 8:30 pm and dint receive it until 09:30 pm.. when I called to ask about where is the delivery driver.. The person on call said it will be there in 5-10 mins.. I waited till 10:15 pm and called back again the person said we are busy and it will take more time.. So after waiting for 2 hours you get to hear that.. So I said it's ok I don't need the pizza now.. Guess what the person replied? OK-and hung up the call. This is how they want to provide customer service. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM OR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.

Super friendly, super clean, delicious pizza and they even gave us a couple samosa to sample! Couldn't ask for better service. We only ordered pizza this time around, but their Gulab Jamin is pretty great, too, when you're craving something sweet.
