I actually enjoyed my first visit, I did not mind paying more then average bc I appreciated the honesty of giving me lashes that suited my eye shape and I loved my lashes. B4 i left I rebooked for my fill in 3 weeks. Last week I received a call from Everlash, informing me that the girl I was booked with was no longer with them, and encouraged me to book in later that day or the following day. The time I was given was for 5:30pm for the same day. So i was home all day (day off) went to get my lashes done to discover they were closed, the business fellow next door informed me that they all slipped out 15 minutes ago . So I'm at the door at 5:30, hours of operation are starring at me clearly stating open til 6:00. These people could not call me to let me know if something came up,or care about my business . Clearly this studio will not last with service as this
