I love Ever New and they've been one of my favorite brands since they opened in Vancouver. The Pacific Centre branch has a great customer service. The manager is so nice and helpful. I always had a good experience with them.

As many stores, they offer hand sanitizer at the entrance. I didn’t even look at the bottle but they use a CLEANSER rather than an alcohol based sanitizer!!! This means that this cleanser is meant to be used with water lather for a minimum 20seconds... customers using this and then going about shopping and touching everything is actually ATTRACTING and SPREADING germs!!! I walked out immediately to find the nearest washroom to wash my hands. What an awful experience! And I wasn’t even greeted. Terrible and uneducated.

Worst shopping experience I had comparing to any other brand. Their costumer service is poor and the return policy does not make any sense. I purchased both small and medium size of a shirt online which both were loose as I tried them on upon receiving. They refused to refund me when I tried to return them. Another item I ordered online and still have not received after 4 weeks while supposed to be 5 to 7 business days. Again they refused to refund me and I just have to wait until it arrives. Worst brand and shopping experience.

I love the choice of the clothes which this store offers. This is the reason why I am coming back and I am drawn to this store. I was suprised how the girl who works at Pacific store did not even put an effort to talk to me while I was in the store. She was talking to other clients for 20 min, while I was browsing around and looking for suggestion or help. At the checkout, I just said that I wish that the store offers more choices for the tops. She said that she thinks that the store has a lot of choices for the tops. I think that as a client I am allowed to express my opinion without having to feel like I need to argue about it. It was not a good client service experience.

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. Great service and clothing advice. Very well maintained store and clean atmosphere. Not crazy about the curtain change rooms however and the returns/exchange policy is only 14 days. Absolutely beautiful clothing!! I am so in love.
