Mike N at Eurolite provides excellent customer service - even though I came in only 15 minutes before closing, he took the time to describe the various options for my condo, then provided a mockup design based on pictures I supplied, then when I wasn't quite sure it was what I wanted he went out of his way to provide a personal visit to my home to provide a new design.
