My son passed away in 2017 and it took me until 2020 to decide what I wanted. I contacted Jordan from Eturnal Memorials, I sent him a few pictures of my sons truck. After a few times if changing things (they were all very helpful and professional through my changes) a finished product. It is absolutely amazing and I am so glad I choose them to create the perfect place for my son to rest forever, in the truck that he loved. They were able to put his company logo in the back window and everything. I can’t say enough about to explain how absolutely perfect it is. I hope I never have to get an urn for a loved one again. But if I do I know who is going to make it. Great job guys
Jordan was amazing from the get go. The whole process was so easy. I sent him pictures of what I wanted on her urn. Within the next day, he came back to me to let me know the images I sent weren’t very good quality and he sent me some from his designer. I chose my photos and had a layout within a couple days. I did all this before my aunt passed away and the order was on standby pending her passing. The day my aunt passed away, I emailed Jordan. Due to Christmas holiday they were closed but he got back to me the following Monday. He processed the order. I had my aunts urn before her service! My family and I were extremely pleased. Thank you Jordan and Eturnal Memorials staff!
Jordan was really nice and tried hard. It was not his fault that the artist could not come close to replication my sketch into a Urn that I was happy with. This was after almost a month of revisions. I wish the artist would have said he did not think he could reproduce the design before I paid half.
I have had the absolute best experience with Eturnal Memorials. I want to absolutely commend my sales coordinator, Jordan Cameron, for helping me through this difficult time having to memorialize two family members . He was considerate of my family’s wishes for properly displaying their lives through Urns. The Urns were absolutely amazing & everything I couldn’t put into words were on those urns.
