Owned a condo in the 330 & 340 buildings since 2012. Our current AA Property Management (Eric) has accomplished more improvements during the past 18 months, than all of the other 4 property management companies since 2012. There have been dozens of property improvements during 2019, with all new elevators in all 3 buildings. New exterior concrete slabs, walkways and steps. Repairs of fencing and flowers planted for the first time in 7 years. Painting of all interior common areas being completed in all buildings. Property taxes here are just 1.83 per day for a 2 bedroom condo.....best kept secret in Toronto!

Felt as if I had traveled back in time. As everybody was clean, friendly and tidy! I can only see Grrreat investment opportunities in this real-estate community once, Keith Chatterton is elected on to it-s board of Directors as I have vetted and I approve and support his run to the seat of Board of Directors. I was involved in a successful bid for the mayor of Toronto. God Bless, Robert and Doug Ford!

This condo offers a really good living space for the price. Management changed company and now everything is being fixed! Lots of beautiful children living here, this tridel condo is solid

Currently living here and have been so for the past few years. Management changes more than the average person changes underwear, each crew dumber than the previous. 3-4 days out of a single week there’s either no water or electricity. Only those with plenty disposable income can live here – fee increases are almost monthly. Don’t bring your car either, there’s no parking, and if you do find parking, it’s cheaper per month to just collect street parking tickets. Need help? There’s 1 useful but underpaid super, all other employees phones are turned off. Moral of the story: living here is a survival of the fittest – literally, 0/3 elevators work. Good luck!
