This store is horrible. I’d give zero star if there’s a choice. My mom just bought a walking cane and the product is defective. She took it to the store and the store manager refuse to return or give her refund. And tried to blame on her saying that she broke it. And told her she needs to wait for 90 days until the manufacturer can fix/return the product. Even though the store return policy is 30 days and that the customer has no relationship with the manufacturer! How can you treat customers like this?! You need to give us the refund.
These products are overpriced and take advantage of the seniors who shop there. A deep tissue foam roller is 50, whereas its 16 at Winners. When I took it back the next day, they refused to return it (even though it gave return policies on the receipt) 'because of Corona'. It was easily cleaned like everything else, and given most products are directed at Seniors, I found this price difference and excuses terrible.
Terrible customer service. No response from the store manager after leaving multiple messages and request to call. Treated me like I was the problem when I was finally able to go into store..
