Great team to work with as a fast growing business manufacturing in Western Canada with all imported products. We struggled with UPS and FedEx overcharges and holding our shipments (which they ended up loosing), but the Welke team has helped us clear our orders efficiently and ensure our products arrive on time. Plus they are always there when we have freight questions or contacts in other countries for exporting.

My experience with Welke Canada has not be great. Non responsive to emails, less than helpful with providing contacts within their own company, website is difficult to navigate, no email contacts, employees do not use email signatures making it difficult to determine which location the employee works for and instead of giving you that information, they just say its not them and ignore you.
Very knowledgable staff and love the fact that I only have to deal with one primary contact for all of my concerns.
