Very nice little Ukrainian deli. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He was very nice to and I felt very welcomed. I really wanted to try their varenyky (perogies) with cherries, but unfortunately they were sold out. My friend highly recommended to buy varenyky (perogies) from Vatra. Instead I bought two pieces of cheesecakes, one with poppy seeds and the second one with cherries. They were very delicious. I will definitely com back for varenyky! Thank you and support local!

Amazing take out Ukrainian food. I keep trying to get the pork meat on a stick but it is always sold out by friday evenings. But the chicken meat on a stick is just the way my Baba used to make it. Excellent!!. Let Yuri tell you his secret. He speaks 5 different languages. Great cabbage rolls and perogies take out cooked or frozen. Lots of other food also too much to list like fish, cheese crepes, kolbasa, potato pancakes, veal pork hamburger, cheese cake, etc. Easy to park right in front of the store. Located in a little strip mall on the north side of Bloor just next to Dukes hockey. Nice Ukrainian people greet you with big bright smiles! Always feel welcome there.
