Time to time, if my family doctor is not available, I like to come to this clinic. I have to say, I have never had bad experience here. Today (Jan 2021) I needed some help and everything was smooth and professional. I needed to call front desk few times, also they called me back and doctor called me twice to check on me. Everybody very nice and polite. I would love to get family doctor here, but sadly is not possible now. Thank you for your service

Absolutely unprofessional and longer waiting period which are way over 2:30 minutes , I don’t recommend any person to seek medical attention at all as a family doctor or walking clinic. No quality, no care and no communication. When you hear how bad is health care across the city this location will be an example for bad health service unfortunately

Horrible service ever seen in Canada. They messed up my mantoux skin test reading date due to confusion between doctors about reading dates and when I called the secretary she replied as if none is accountable . Unbelievable they lack professional and take their job for granted.Shame on them.

This clinic is worst and should be closed immediately. Worst management I have seen in my whole life. They don't know how to deal with human beings. Even pet clinics are more courteous than them. A rude lady named Dena is very unprofessional. She lacks humanity and manners to speak. They do not even have proper staff. Though doctors are nice that's why I have given 1 star. Never recommend anyone to this clinic.
