Had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Party Services. Marisa was a delight to speak with and very knowledgeable. I was presented with a thorough quote in a timely manner and was provided with many pictures as examples for the various items I was considering. Prices were reasonable. Delivery was on time and setup was done professionally. The results were beautiful! Would definitely use them again for any future events.
They worked well with me and my many questions and changes to the order. They delivered in a timely fashion. Although one item was missed on the order (because I added it last minute and the info didn't get passed on in time) they let me come pick it up from their warehouse in Mississauga and didn't charge me for that table to make up the inconvenience. Thank you for your help, my engagement party was amazing! Everyone loved the blackjack table!
I rented some cruiser tables for an engagement/pre-wedding celebration. The process was easy, the company was very responsive to my inquiries and reasonably priced! They assisted in loading my car when I picked up the tables and even provided me an extra tablecloth in case of any spills. Would definitely rent from Ultimate Party again.
We used Ultimate Party Services for a grand opening we recently had and they were extremely helpful and organized when placing our order. They also got back to me very quickly when emailing back and forth. We had a balloon arch made by them for the party and it turned out amazing! We will definitely be use them again in the future.
