My husband and I can’t express enough how impressed we are with Todd . We came into town and we’re a little overwhelmed as to where to begin . Todd and his wonderful crew came in and the ball got rolling . It was an efficient , orderly, stress free experience. ( not what you think an estate clean up to be , right? ;) The team was respectful pleasant and did a nice deep clean. My husband was having a tough time getting a car that had sat dormant charged up . Todd was kind enough to go through all kinds of trouble to figure out the cars computer etc. ,,, stuck right with him till they got it going. I can honestly say it was like having an old friend , the ride or die one that knows how to get things done ,show up at one of those tough times in your life. ( but that’s tough to count on right ! ) so call Total Estate services and do yourself a solid !!

Lifesaving!!! If you are on this website looking up reviews you have found a pot of gold. Please keep reading. I was in the worst situation of my life and completely unprepared for what was ahead and me and emotionally overwhelmed to make alot of decisions quickly that I had no idea what to do. By some luck of God we found Todd and he came in like an angel and made everything ok. One phone call he came quickly assessed the situation that we felt was hopeless with a landlord breathing down our necks. It was not pretty it was a packed unorganized dirty disaster. He and his team quickly went in packed everything up to sort and allocate to all the right areas. Went above and beyond to be so respectful and understanding to to try and make a bad situation a better one. Finding appropriate auctions to try and recover the most money we could, to shredding piles of paperwork and most importantly find a home for my Dad's extensive book collection in a pandemic that we could not! That meant more then you know and gave me great peace and would have made him so happy. Todd is so honest and caring and an expert in what he does. You have come to the right place you won't be disappointment, we will be forever grateful for everything they did for us and will tell everyone we know. Thank you again Todd and thank your wonderful crew too.

Todd recently asked me to write a review for Google as his company did some work for our family last year. Everything that was promised was delivered in a very timely manner. We found his staff very compassionate and understanding as we were faced with a difficult situation as a result of a quite number of years of accumulated family items and house was in rather poor condition.
