I went to return items at Sherway Home Depot; couldn't access receipts on my phone because Face ID didn't work with mask on. Met a great lady at the desk - Louisa! Kind, competent and beautiful. Thanks. Promote her and pay her more!

I went to get some Vertical Blinds made there; custom orders can be made, paid for in advance, and picked up in a couple of weeks...the ordering process was made very easy by the Associate in the Window Decor Department; during installation, I found my measurements to be exact and the Blinds fit perfectly...!!! Very Pleased with my shopping experience...!!!

Placed an order for curbside pick up on February 13th to be picked up on the 14th. After waiting 24 hours for a pick up confirmation email I decided to go to the store. Once there I waited 2 hours, had 3 associates tell me they were checking on the status of my order only to have them tell me that it wasn't ready. I understand these are trying times however there is no excuse for a large corporation like this to run so poorly. From the sounds of what was going over the PA system they were incredibly behind on their orders, 120 behind to be exact. Set your expectations very low or have a large amount of patience when dealing with this stores curb side pick up.

We are almost a year into this ew normal\ and this billion dollar company cannot get curb side pick up process right. I sit around in my car at the curb side designated area for a half hour waiting for these jokers to pick up the phone. I finally flag down one of the employees that brings items out. He says for some reason they aren't picking up the phone and delivers my order within the next 5 minutes. Home Hardware and Lowe's will be getting my money now.
