We bought 2 new kayaks here mid-May. The team was very attentive to our needs and skills and made great suggestions. They didn't try to push us to buy more than we needed. The store was very cautious around COVID hygiene. Bella, our sales person, was awesome. Great tips about where to kayak. Kelly, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly in getting us oriented to loading and strapping down the kayaks on the roof-rack. And they have lent us paddles while we wait for our order to arrive! Bravo to the folks at The Complete Paddler.
