Arrived 15 mns early an appointment for 10:40 AM, was asked to sign some docs and take a seat. After over an hour of waiting I checked with the receptionist if she forgot about me. Was told there are people ahead of me. I asked her to explain how can people be ahead of a client who arrived on time for his appointment. She started to blame Montreal (for the booking system), and that they scrapped their previously working-system of booking appointments locally, and finally, accepted that they only have one doctor. I asked to speak with someone about this and was directed to the\floor coordinator\ who said it's normal for them to be couple of hours behind schedule. She started comparing her outfit (that sells mosquito nets) to a family clinic - saying some patients take longer. Yeah but this is not a family clinic - people are here for a simple eye/hearing test, or for bloodwork. The amount of time spent with doctor isn't more than 5 -10 minutes in most cases. All told, I was with them for more 5 hours. The actual time I spent with \clinicians\ and a Doctor was definitely less than 30 minutes at most. I saw Dr. Lantos, who was very professional and helpful in the short time he had with me. I feel they overbook, just like the airlines. Efficient, they are not. They are better suited to sell Mosquito Nets & Water Purification Systems, in my opinion. Avoid like the plague.

Don't go there!!!! I went last year, inmin October for mymmy examination and I was pregnant at that time, so I couldn't do the x-ray. On February I received a letter from immigration asking to complete the x-ray since I had my baby in January. So I called there and I made an appointment for the next day, I went and I did the x-ray around February 20, and immigration still holding my file so I decided to call mediays on July 15, and they said that they haven't sent the results because the doctor didn't like what she found in the x-ray and they told me they sent me an email which I don't have and no body called me at that time to inform me that I have to redo the x-ray, so now I have to do it again and wait until they send the results to immigration. Very bad experience with them. Choose another location..

My appointment was for 1:15pm and was told to fast/no water for six hours beforehand. It is now 3:15pm and I am currently still sitting in the waiting room waiting to been seen for a physical required by my employer. Maybe I'm just hungry but I am VERY UNHAPPY with not only the wait time, but also the service. I will be recommending to my employer that we change who does our physicals. Only star is for the free wifi.
