Gorgeous store layout. Beautifully displayed artwork jewellery. Very nice watches. Friendly not pushy service, pleasant to shop. Jewellery is very quality, modern, fashionable and very shiny. I bought a lot jewellery over the years and l am so happy never tarnished.
most aweful customer service.rude staff. never willing to help in any way whatsoever. it is too diffcult for these people to be courteous and kind.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my new CRYSTAL LAKE, METAL BRACELET, WHITE, SILVER TONE watch. Very light on the wrist, easy clasp to open & close and of course the sapphire crystal is always sparkling!!! One word - STUNNING!! Thank you Louise for your outstanding customer service. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

My experience here today was fantastic!!! Was helped immediately, was offered lots of options. The staff were all soo friendly, helpful and down to earth!! The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and knew just what to show me. She informed me of their promotions which I took full advantage of! They gift wrapped my purchases for me, and I even get a birthday gift for making an account for my warranty.
