My advising nurse (omitting name for privacy sake) was wonderful. Patient, and willing to educate. Fortunately, I was very prepared as I visited the location motivated by business travel, and she worked with me to ensure I received all my vaccinations for my immediate, and prospective travels. The administrator who answered my original call was also extremely able and diligent in helping facilitate a last minute appointment (the nature of my work) and acquisition/reservation of vaccine on short supply (which simply worked out due to cancellations, etc.). For what should be an inconvenience, this experience was exceptionally easy. My only complaint - parking under the building is less forgiving, which has nothing to do with the clinic.

The NP was knowledable, pragmatic and most helpful. I was impressed by the entire process: professional digs, most current information and their travel information is clear and succinct. The emergency kit is the most inclusive I've encountered. I highly recommend folks go here for any travel advice. It is worth the time and pennies to go there. Speaking of cost--BEST value for money I've experienced in a long time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The nurse practitioner at this clinic prescribed the wrong number of malarone ( anti-malarial) tablets. My pharmacist informed me that I was short 3-4 tablets and advised that she would contact the clinic requesting a prescription for the remaining tablets while I was away. While I was away, my pharmacist attempted to contact this clinic SEVERAL times with the request to have a prescription for the additional tablets faxed over. No one responded to her after multiple attempts. When I returned from my trip she advised me of this and I tried calling. I was out of tablets at this point and by the time we finally got a reply from the clinic, it was too late as it had been two days without taking the malarone tablets and my pharmacist replied that there was no point in taking the additional tablets. This issue could have easily been fixed had the clinic responded to one of my pharmacists requests. But apparently this was too difficult. Terrible service, unresponsive staff, and a nurse who can’t count. I highly recommend finding a different clinic or going to your family doctor if this is an option.
