I am giving 5 stars for customer service. I asked questions about their masks and received answers. They noticed an error in my order and brought it to my attention, asking for clarification. Most importantly, there was an error on their part and they corrected it. As for the masks, they feel comfortable. I am pleased!
This is my second order of masks from Soren, these masks are by far the most comfortable and fashionable masks I have purchased so far since the pandemic started and I have a few others to compare them to. The customer service is beyond outstanding and I will continue to purchase from them.
