Hi There. I was hoping to find someplace to provide customer feedback as my experience ordering this radio, starting with my mistake ordering the incorrect model has been absolutely FANTASTIC! When I realized that I had ordered the wrong model, I phoned in and the order was immediately canceled and refunded. The person even remembered who I was when I introduced myself and located the order without having to ask me any more questions. This has never happened to me before and gave me a very good feeling about the service I would expect. I immediately placed the order for the correct model and was kept up to date as to the shipping progress since it was a pre-order and not in stock at the time of the order. I have received the radio and installed it without any issues. Thanks again for the super customer service. Dave

Excellent customer service and superfast delivery all the way to Moncton within a weeks time and that too during this busy festive season. Fantastic service will recommend your service’s to others too. Box came in perfect condition and shipped my package as advised all in one shipment. Have not opened the boxes yet but seems like everything should be fine.

Amazing customer service! I had a lot of issues trying to program a remote car starter and Jas took the time to help walk me through the process. After several calls I realized it was just beyond me. They booked me in for the extremely professional installers to take over and they had the starter working in no time!! You just don’t get personal help like this at the big box stores
These guys are keeping Car Audio alive in Canada. Customer service is A. Family run business and the guys at the counter are friendly and easy to talk too. They have everything you need whether you like SQ or tearing up your block with bass. The store is a beautiful thing. Prices are fantastic.
