I used Shine Shack for the first time to install Christmas lights. Paul and his team provided excellent customer service. From booking the installation to take down and packing, the team was punctual, courteous and professional. The house looked amazing. I highly recommend them and will be using them again next year.

We hired Paul’s team for window and gutter cleanings. We were quoted almost 500 which we would have been happy to pay but after the cleaning we were left with this result. The photos are of the screens and window frames that still had cobwebs on them. We called Paul who said that it is just a “basic frame cleaning” despite the quote with the services listed below. Then he proceeded to dispute what is considered part of the window frame. After two calls to Paul, his staff tried to clean the screens. I say try because when they came to clean them, they asked “how do you take them out?”. If you’ve cleaned a screen before, you’d know how to remove the screen. We finally just told them to leave it as we didn’t want them to break the screens. Suffice to say, I can’t recommend their service. It’s bad enough to do a poor job. It’s completely unacceptable to not even know how to do the job. Train your staff before sending them out to a client!

I highly recommend Shack Shine team, this is the second year I hire them to clean our windows. They are professional, on time, organized and quick. They inspect the windows and doors before they start and make sure I'm happy with the work before they leave. I even noticed one of the team members cleaning the skylight on our gazebo! Amazing service! The price is very reasonable for the amount of work they do. Will definitely hire them again next year.
