We bought a grain mill at their North York location. When we brought it home and carefully checked it, it seemed to us that the unit had been open because a screw at the bottom was missing. We contacted customer support and they replaced it by a brand new one. They were very helpful and professional throughout the process.

A great kitchen store for the chef and home chef. We found the cast iron pan that we were looking for. Price was very high compared with another nearby store however; to their credit they did price match. Lots of stuff for pizza and dough and baking. I could spend a lot of money here but they will need to sharpen their proverbial pencil.
