I've been running here for over 12 years. Regularly run here on Sundays and Wednesdays for their run groups. Prices are reasonably competitive but even if they are a bit more, the value of what they give you back in support of running and opening their store for you to use for your runs is worth it. They go above and beyond to support their running customers. Knowledge and helpful service is always available. If they don't have it, they are very happy to order it for you and it arrives fast. And best of all, they support beginners all the way to Boston marathoners. Very inclusive.

Ok. Lucy is the shoe pro. Extremely knowledgeable. I actually remembered her from the Running Room outlet store-she hooked me up with a sweet pair of orange and blue Adidas which had to be ordered from Edmonton. But two days ago I walk into the other store on Bloor and Royal York and she listened to my needs and provided many options for my specific needs. I’m at work on my feet 16 hours a day. I have huge wide feet and use orthotics and she knew which shoe brand has orthotics in mind. So I walked out with two pair of amazing shoes!!! Love this place. Film people should go here!!
I used to love the service I got at this location but recently with the change of staff I'm not too impressed. The staff were not very helpful when it came to answering my questions. Good quality merchandise but poor staff
