What a scam these people are! Used both plumbing and restoration services due to a pipe bursting. The plumber was good and did a good job finding and stopping the leak but the quote for drywall removal and drying was 4800 (vs second opinion at 1200) and for repairs they wanted to tear up everything at a cost of approx. 38,000 (vs second opinion 3000 for just the affected areas). These guys are first and foremost silver tongue salesman with no regard for honesty and integrity. Beware!

Oct 2020 - annual maintenance visit - Christopher Clarino again came to check how much the roots had grown into the cracks in our pipes. He showed us video pix of the encroachment and then pix after he had cut them all out. Happy once again with this service. See an example of the before and after pix attached. Jan 2020 - We had a backup and basement flood over the weekend with the heavy rains. Called Roto Rooter and Christopher Clarino visited and sorted us out. Very professional and explained everything clearly. Took the time to show what the problem was on video (roots in the sewage pipe), used the snake cutter and double-checked to make sure job was done right. Showed me again at the end so I could verify all was well. Very highly recommended. Thanks Christopher.
The service was top notch from the beginning to the end. The lady that took my call was lovely and even put a technician in the phone to speak to me. When the technician Anthony arrived he was very professional and extremely helpful. He also came back with another technician Nick who was just as lovely. I can’t thank Anthony enough, he is a life saver and totally knows his job. He is a very caring and kind individual who went above and beyond to help me. I managed to find the problem, well Anthony did and I was able to retrieve what I lost. Thank Thank Thank you Anthony.
Eric Wise was my technician and he was amazing. He answered all of my questions, was incredibly patient and then went above and beyond to ensure everything was in working order when the entire bathroom was messed up. If your service is the same way as your staff is driving your vehicles you might go out of business. I was interested in hiring a plumber but this guy just upset me so much with his aggressive driving, citing people off and changing lanes with no indicator. I will book with another company. Truly hope your driver comes to his senses before someone gets hurt.
