There is a reason this place has an almost perfect rating. I really can't say enough about how amazing the customer service was. Shane and his brother are so helpful and reasonable with their policies. Also, they were in mattress manufacturing for years, before opening up their stores and because of this, have vast knowledge. The experience here with this family owned and operated business is a world away from the hard sell and impersonal approach you will find at a place like sleep country. They truly want you to find the right mattress and its not about the sale. Their care and dedication was a first I've seen in all my years purchasing mattresses. Kudos you guys! The store had a great variety of mattresses for different preferences. My parents purchased a mattress a couple weeks ago and they delivered it in 2 days for free. Pricing is very good and the worker was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend checking out the place for good quality mattresses.
Love this place for mattresses! They have a good selection but not so big that it’s overwhelming. Bought 2 of their “lower end” options for a bunk bed and we’ve had adult guests sleep on them and they all comment on how comfortable they are! Just went recently to purchase new king and full size mattresses, Oz was a treat to work with and really helped me make the right selection. Highly recommend, these people know their mattresses and will not steer you wrong!
Every point of contact with this company was exceptional. From my phone call, to visit to the store, to the delivery. So professional and understanding of what true customer service is. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to be guided to the best mattress for me and it was delivered the very next day, free of charge. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will never buy another mattress anywhere else!
Amazing from beginning to end! Great customer service from the moment I walked in, super friendly. All questions were answered , very Knowledgable. Got a king size mattress and I’m very happy with it. The quality of it is outstanding. Delivery was good as well, helped take the box and the mattress up stairs to the second floor. I’m really happy over all and 100% recommend it! Thank you so much guys!
