It used to be so good. So good! But sadly the last few times the fish has been over fried and tons of batter. I love extra batter but not when you use it to hide the fact that the piece is much smaller. They are always super busy so I'm not sure why Richard is scrimping with the size. They have loyal customers but even the loyal ones will start leaving at these prices. There is lots of competition in the area so they need to figure it out. Just shy of 40 for 2 halibut and fries. Quality just isn't there anymore

Nice and fluffy battered fish with great taste and spectacular service. Went here with my mother and we both ordered the halibut with a side of chips and a side of onion rings. Great portions so you don’t feel super oily afterwards and everything is made fresh to order.
I ordered today for the first time & delivered by Skip the Dishes. Probably the best Halibut I have had in a very long time. Nice crispy batter ( not salty) and tender fish. The chips were very tasty and the coleslaw was the best I have ever had!! Creamy, with a nice tender cabbage shred. Thank you!!!
One of the best haddocks I have ever eaten. Lovely owners, amazing food. They were serving this delicious food even before I was born! Not surprised why their food is so good.
Comfy but dated fish and chips spot. I was happy with the service and my meal. Prices are decent as well. Would stop by to eat there again and again and again. Thanks
