I was a customer of PTP in 2015, I was with them for a short period of time, and was fortunately enough to secure a job with the help of a connection. Even though I did not use much of their services, I found PTP's staffs very friendly and helpful. Due to COVID, I have lost my job in the aviation industry, and when I was researching for second career, I chose to participate in PTP's second career program based on my past experience. I was then connected with their employment counsellor Corrina. She's very experienced and has great knowledge in employment counselling. She helped me with my resume, interview skills, and enhanced my job search strategies and techniques, and I was lucky enough to secure an offer within 3 months. I would also like to thank the administrative staff - Minh, and there are so many other counsellors(of course, also Corrina herself), who held multiple workshops weekly to help folks like myself, equip us with knowledge, and guide us through the job searching process. I'd definitely recommend any serious job seeker to use PTP's services, they are absolutely the best!!! Thank you PTP!!! :)

PTP Adult Learning and Employment program is truly beneficial. Many of new immigrants might not know where to approach for help to get guidance about any kind of training that you are interested and also for employment. I would highly recommend to seek guidance from PTP... It’s a government funded organisation which provides free services. People working there are all amazing. They are very kind and welcoming. To share my personal experience, Ms. Kunga Norzom was my case manager. She has been very approachable and was extremely helpful in giving various kind of informations that I was looking for and guided me to get a job as well. They also help you to prepare for interview. In my case, Ms. Natalie helped me immensely to prepare for job interview. I am truly thankful to everyone working there and especially to Ms. Kunga and Ms Natalie.
