They treat people like nothing! I waited over an hour after my scheduled time to realize that no one was picking up my section and they forced me to reschedule the exam. The second scheduled day a woman called Sylvia picked up my section and after the third question she simply shutdown my section without any explanation. I had to call them to understand that she had revoked my test because I was making noise. Seriously! These people have no respect with the candidates. They act as canceling is nothing. PMI talks about ethics and respect, but their test partner is the most unreasonable and disrespectful organization I ever dealt with.

Extremely rude and unprofessional \woman\ at front desk. Hated the fact people needed to use the washroom and thew a little tantrum when asked. Hilarious and pathetic. She should lose her job and get one shes not miserable at. Marlborough mall reception
I took my PTE Academic test here recently. The staffs were very helpful. Classroom was very clean and organized.
Staff were helpful - the whole process is very organized, so I can imagine that's intimidating. Place is clean, quiet and everything functions. Pretty mindless getting here by public transit as well. No complaints about the experience as a whole
Took my CISSP exam here today (and passed)! The office is clean and quiet and the two staff there were professional and friendly; took away the last bit of nerves I had! Thanks guys!
