Front desk staff is very polite and professional. Visited this centre for ultrasound and had a very pleasant experience with technician Minaz. She was very informative and patiently answered all my questions.

I just came back from the Ultrasound Center where I had a few tests done. The technician who took care of me was Mehmaz, super sweet, gentle, comforting - making a potentially uncomfortable experience, an ease-filled one. I'm very happy with this location. I've been with the Etobicoke Medical Centre for 20 years. I recently had a 6/10 expérience during the mammo. Yikes, she added too much pressure too quickly causing so much pain that I was literally screaming. Add a little pressure at a time and check if it feels okay. The person will tell you when it's enough. The technician was very apologetic in the end. I had a 10/10 ultrasound with Seema in January. She was super sensitive about my comfort level and very sweet.

Had a very bad experience with technician Minaz/Mehnaz. She treated me very badly and did not talk one single word during the whole process and didnt even bother to introduce herself. She is very unprofessional and whenever I asked a question (i didnt ask any medical questions from her, I asked can you see the baby? is there one or two?) she talked back very rudely and said yes, i can see a baby, why what else do you expect? She basically didnt allow me to ask anything and she had a very annoyed and angry face on during the whole process. I'm surprised to see many good reviews with her name recently. I wonder if this is being done to protect her internally. Too bad ultrasound places hire people like this.
