It is one of the best school bus companies out there in the Toronto area. It offers better compensation than most competitors, except for the lack of health benefits. For those retirees who drive school buses it is irrelevant since they are covered if they are collecting OAS. But for younger folks who are under 65, it is a downside. Fleet is well maintained and the safety manager and the operation manager are doing a great job. One star less because of: 1- lack of health benefits, 2- no social life since drivers starts their route with the kids and they go home after, hence no interaction with anyone except with the kids, 3- compensation can be better since the company is bought out by a large coach bus company.

School bus #7780 was sitting in the right hand turn lane at Islington & Queensway but did not turn. When the light changed to green she went straight thru and nearly side swiped the car in the right lane. She endangered many lives
Seeing bad reviews . One thing, I have been a bus driver for this company and I m a great driver . People that complain have no idea what is like to be in the drivers seat of a bus .. Drivers come and go in this business , so a route may be late because its a new driver . And as for dispatch being rude , I have called in myself and I have never experienced this . You are going to good and bad customer service in any business
The bus driver closed the bus door on my body and I'm waiting for the company to take an action otherwise I will report the police to open a case because I don't trust this driver to deliver my kids from school anymore.
Awful company. If I could give 0 stars I would. The bus driver is extremely rude and threaten my mother during a verbal altercation because my mom was a couple mins late to pick up my brother. Note that the lady (bus driver) comes between 3 30- 4 10. So it is very hard to chose a time to come get your child because the bus is always late ! After the altercation the bus driver started refusing to pick up my little brother. She would leave him at school and tell him he's not allowed on the bus. My mother complained to the bus company and the school board. The bus company did nothing and the school board said that they would warn the bus driver but somehow they allowed it to happen again ! The second time the bus company sided with the bus driver and said to my mom that she doesn't care about her side of the story. Extremely disgusting ! And they should be shut down !
