I recently inquired about a preowned Nomos piece in stock and made a counter offer. The sales person never responded to my offer email. I reached out by phone and was flatly told there is no bargaining on the price. I have dealt with other ADs in the past but the whole experience was never been so non-courteous.

I recently purchased my first Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch from these guys and I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences of my entire life. When it comes to high end watches and jewellery, there can be a lot of emotion involved in making such a large purchase. L’ORO Jewellery (and the owner personally) took the time to get me comfortable and walk me through/explain every last detail, history and significance of this Omega timepiece. This time around. Personalized service. They got the pieces for me even when they weren't in situ. to try them out without compromise. They e-mailed me when they got them and setup a viewing. They knew my name as soon as I walked into the store. Gracefully gave me a discount and let me try on some others. They take credit debit and cash. Knowledgeable personnel and cordial bargaining. just want to shout out to Ahmed! I recently purchase a pendent from him and it was a great experience. I want a couple of times to do research and he was honest,open,friendly and he didn’t at all push me to make purchase when I wasn’t ready.
