last black friday got a good internet offer from cogeco. The first available date for installations was available today at 5pm to 8pm, technician was supposed to call before arrival. technician from Link-ON Communication came without an announcement about 2PM when I showed him that my house is not physically connected to Cogeco and that he must climb the ladder to drag the coax cable from the splitter on the pole to the house, he refused to install it stating that he may get Covid19. I asked him, it is safer for you to work at home where there are currently 4 people or outside, he did not say anything, he said that I am not professional and he left. Around 3pm the dispatch office from cogeco called me that another technician would be coming soon, now almost 4 hours pass and no one shows up. You absolutely has no respect for customer, maybe it's worth going to bankrupt or for Rogers to buy you. You are far behind with the standards at Bell Canada. Maybe now God protects me so as not to move to the swamp of Cogeco. Technician name is Manjit or Manjik (indian guy) ZERO STAR

Hello, one of your drivers almost ran into my vehicle in one of your company vehicles and then proceeded to make hand gestures and yelling something that I couldn't hear. I had the right of way so I'm not sure why the irrational behavior. This happened today Oct 17, 2019 in Owen Sound around 3pm. I thought you should be aware. Thank you.
I would give them a 0 star if that was a option. Yesterday i went their to hand in my resume for Field Technician. A guy came out and started pointing onto my slippers (why are you wearing slippers) is this how you guys greet a person when he is their for an employment opportunity. Telling me, the management doesn't like the person who wears slippers. The way he was talking to me wasn't professional at all, if this is how they treat a person when they are applying, think of what they would be like after you are working under them. It is super annoying how the environment is.
Last Saturday Dec. 7 at 5.20pm the van numbered 288 or 289 was speeding out of our townhouse complex at 2418 Glenwood School Dr. in Burlington. He went passed so fast in the dark that I could barely make out what the last number on the van was. There is a speed limit of 10kmh, with so many kids living here in the complex they have placed speed bumps. The driver of the van was only speeding up hitting 3 if not 4 of the speed bumps. I had placed a call of complaint to their office but have not heard back from them since. I did not speak with a person directly but did leave a detailed message with my phone number but have yet to hear from them. Please be careful around ANY Link-on van or truck. These techs are not being watched by their own management. With so many vehicles on the road I am only to assume they have GPS in them and this matter should have been dealt with swiftly. Instead nothing.
I had emailed to inquire about a wire outside my house that needed to be buried. I received a quick response and helpful answers. Even though they told me they were not responsible for the wire, they went out of their way to find out whose responsibility it was. The wire was buried the next day. Great customer service and trained workers!
