We’ve brought our cars here several times, including for semi annual tire swapping and storage, repairs and maintenance. The service from John and team is always excellent. The advisors are friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate how thorough they are in identifying issues and making recommendations. The cars are always spotless when they come back, especially important during Covid.

Jan. 20/ 2021: Brought my car in Jan. 18/2021 for an engine light issue. They claimed it was a valve cover, 4 hours I waited. Next 2 days, which would be up until I wrote this review. The car smelled like burning plastic and was leaking heavy amounts of oil (see pictures). I took the car back for them to look at issue took another 4.5 hours wait and car was filthy. The engine now doesn't idle right and the engine block has damage done to it and the car is smelling like \engine cleaner\ as per the Eddie Bobbitt the service manager. I feel sick and cannot be in the car with the windows up in the middle of winter. Missing screws and parts from the engine bay. Very upset and concerned about my safety after dealing with this Leggett Chev dealership. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!
I would like to say that the Service Department at Leggat in Rexdale is excellent. Eddie and his team are friendly, helpful and experts in their field. They go above and beyond and treat you with courtesy and respect. They took excellent care of my old car and I know they will do the same for my new one. They installed my winter tires and put in my new interior mats. Lastly they updated me numerous times on the progress. Will only take my car to their service department.
Julian has been great. Super responsive, honest and takes my questions seriously. He takes ownership and pride in delivering customer service that is at a level that really impressed me. I TRUST this dealer. Everyone I've dealt with there has shown a real dedication to customer service, even when it's a simple warranty job or tire swap, they clearly want to deliver a good experience.
Recently purchased a demo Silverado from Leggat. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Both sales and service staff made it an easy and enjoyable process. Special thanks to Eddie, Brandon, Rita and Michael. I would definitely recommend Leggat to others.
