Excellent service! From answering questions over the phone, to the shuttle van picking me up at my car upon arrival and collecting me at the airport upon my return (The driver phoned me - and directed me towards the van so I could find him as the pick up spot was blocked by other drivers.) The driver stays until you are safely inside your car once he returns you to the parking lot. Very comfortable with parking at the Queen's Plate Street Lot.

Convenient and affordable with excellent service. The online booking and payment process was straight forward and simple. I was emailed my confirmation with all the relevant details immediately after completing my booking. I wasn’t expecting to be followed to a spot by an unmarked vehicle which was a little scary as it was very early in the morning, but we quickly realized it was one of the employees looking to confirm my booking and to advise the shuttle would be by in a few minutes. The shuttle arrived shortly after and the very friendly driver loaded our bags into the vehicle. We were on our way in no time and arrived at the airport in only a few minutes. Upon my return I called the toll free number after retrieving my luggage and the shuttle arrived to pick us up less than 10 minutes later. We were quickly taken back to the lot and dropped off right in front of the car, once again the driver was great and unloaded our bags. These guys are super-efficient, the service they offer is great, and the price was unbeatable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them 100%.
Fast and efficient service. I was a bit hesitant at first reading some of the reviews but I guess everyone has their own experiences. Not everyone will be satisfied, but most people are and I can totally see why! I am very happy with the customer service I received especially with these low prices. Keep up the great work guys! Would totally recommend!
The staff was very warm and friendly and very helpful. This was our first time with a long term park and fly and our expectations were exceeded by Jetport. The drop off and pick up to and from the airport was easy. The drive from the parking lot to Terminal 3 was about 6 minutes in the early morning and 10 minutes at 5:30 pm. We would highly recommend this parking facility and we will definitely use Jetport again.
We were pleasantly surprised. Pictures and website seem no add professional as the other of site parking vendors, but their price was unbeatable, so we tried a 2 week parking with them. Everything worked smooth and no surprises. Even the airport pickup was flawless, especially considering our flight arrived at 2am. We arrived with their shuttle at the parking lot and got our car preheat hand over. This was very thoughtful as it was 5C and our kids where freezing. Will definitely ho with them again.
What a great bunch of guys. On time. Prompt. Courteous. I was half way to the airport and had forgotten something. They turned around no problem so I could retrieve my belonging. When I returned everything went perfectly from pickup to leaving the lot. Highly recommend their parking service.
Great value for money. The staff is super courteous. Pickup from airport was smooth and the vehicle arrived in 10 mins even though it was 2 AM in the morning. Only issue is locating the lot in the absence of signs etc. For a airport parking lot time is of essence as customers can't waste time looking for the lot. Still the overall experience can be rated a 5 star!
Awesome experience! Speechless with the integrity of the employees at jetport parking. I’ve been to other airport parkings but this one truly takes the cake. I’ve experienced zero issues from the booking to the pickup and drop off. Everything went smoothly, definitely will be travelling with them in the future.
