Wish I could rate them an absolute zero. These lunatics running this “company” also rent exotic cars apparently, changing their policies as per convenience, and totally mislead their customers with additional charges asked last minute prior to pickup etc. The owner doesn’t even like to confront his clients directly during conflicts, and just throws his assistant to deal with. Even during the pandemic, they’re just onto stealing people’s money. They never mention anything in their “initial” agreement, and then bring out random “policies” when you request for changes. Ridiculously disorganized, mismanaged and a total fraud. You’ve been warned about dealing with these kinds out there.
