I had a truly fantastic experience with Hi-Line! Luigi (the mechanic) was super helpful on the phone, very welcoming in the shop, transparent when it came to repair cost and kept me updated throughout the entire repair time. The price was fair and competitive. I'll definitely make this my mechanic of choice!
Its pretty decent mechanic shop. One of the best things that i liked about this shop - NO UPSELLING! Most of us who own an automobile knows that once we go to a mechanic shop, we are tactfully bombarded with products and services that we do not need in the first place. I walked in expecting a similar experience and i was taken aback. Rates are fairly decent. I would not call it "cheap". but fairly reasonable and competitive. Service is very fast. highly recommend!!

Made an appointment with Hi-Line Auto to have my summer tires swapped with my winters. My appointment was at 11AM, and I was greeted right as I pulled in at 10:55, my car was on a hoist shortly after 11 and I was out of there by 11:35. From booking my appointment online to leaving with the job done, I had a fantastic and seamless experience at Hi-Line Auto! Will definitely consider them for future work / detailing. Highly recommend.
Amazing service, you’re not just a number at this place. I had my car detailed with Jessie and he took me to see the job before I paid and I wasn’t disappointed. The car looks amazing, well worth whatever the cost. Will be going back for sure.
