Great experience and glad to find Donald again after a few years. He's one of best, most considerate and professional groomers in the west end. He asks all the right questions and grooms exactly as discussed. Service was very responsive and he was super punctual. Drop-off and pick-up was a seamless hand-off outside the building. I brought in an English Springer Spaniel and she looks (and smells) fantastic now.

Donald did just what was asked of him. He's truly one of a kind with animals! My chinese crested pup is tough to handle; anxious, fidgety, and whiney. It was his first grooming session and his face and nails were tidied up nicely as requested. Donald is fantastic with communication as well; I got updates even as my pup decided to poop after his bath (and then get a second bathing!). I got him back as cool as a cucumber with a little bandana as a lovely finishing touch. Thank you Donald!
Donald is an excellent groomer, very professional and he treats the pets very well !! He is very good
hi. The summer passed way to quick. In fact it totally got away from us. I asked Donald to take my very furry babies and make them look like dogs and not little walking mops . He cleaned them up and gave them each a hairdo. Needless to say my furry babies are proud of their new style .There are three and he did this in about two hours .I'm so pleased .I recommend Donald to anyone who asks .
We are so happy with Donald and Furry Friends! Our dog Shakespeare was groomed by Donald for the first time and he did amazing! We are so happy with the service provided and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know.
