I would recommend the Etobicoke Focus facility with the highest of endorsements. Paula at the front desk is an affable and helpful young lady who facilitates the entire process in an expeditious and efficacious fashion. Pearl de Sousa is an exceptionally gifted and knowledgeable expert who can readily identify, address and rectify one's specific problems and requirements. Christina is a watchful taskmaster who ensures that every need is met without exceeding the limits of one's ability or comfort level - all delivered with skillful hands and warm, smiling eyes. Over the course of the past 3 years,I have attended Etobicoke Focus for 2 separate treatment regimens to remedy different issues and on both occasions the situations were resolved with complete success and satisfaction. It is without hesitation or qualification that I would highly recommend their services to address one's specific physiotherapy needs.

Everyone is so friendly, and pleasant to talk to. They're very accommodating and understand individual circumstances. Most importantly, they are all very knowledgeable. You will not be sent to 15 different people to get a question answered. They are prompt and professional. I researched a lot of places, and I have no doubt that I made the right choice.
