Best Deal in town!! I’ve used this company twice in the last two months and both times they have been excellent! Excellent customer service, great price, and when they drop off the bin, the driver makes sure to protect the driveway I wish they were available in Barrie !!!!! ️️️️️️

We ordered a bin to be dropped off at our old house for Saturday morning and were told to be at the location to meet the driver between 6 and 8 am. I told Alex that we were an hour away from the location so that meant getting up at 4:30 am to be there by 6 am. He said that was the only way to get a Sat am delivery. We arrived at the house at 6:00 am and waited 2 hours and the bin did not arrive. At 8 am I started calling and texting and no answer. Finally at 9:45 I received a text that the bin was on the way. At that point I was angry at the lack of service and this company not living up to their commitment to deliver within the promised delivery window AND when they didn't show up by 8, we had already started taking truck loads to the dump so we cancelled the bin. I thought this company was extremely unprofessional. They did not live up to their delivery promise and didn't even apologize. I have the text thread that includes the confirmation of delivery on Saturday and subsequent communication (or lack thereof). For this reason I would not recommend using this company.
