What can I say for the place who got everything for good time and hobbies! My passion is darts and I find everything what I need in this store and lots more! Frequent flighter club card means every 6x flight is free for me!
Called looking for some product. If youre going to have such bad service just close then. Called another place and they were a million times helpful. In response to your review. I understand that you could be busy. But the way whoever answered was talking with me was rude and not listening at all to what i was trying to explain. As soon as i called another place they listened to what i was looking for and were able to sell me what i needed. It was a simple non contact transaction.
We had a great experience ordering and picking up our items. Website was easy to use, ordering by phone was the same. Customer service on the phone and in person was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was especially happy at how the staff was concerned about and adhered to all COVID-19 protocols to ensure our safety and theirs. We will definitely order from F.G. Bradley's again!
