I was very disappointed with my visit. Firstly, my medications side effects have contributed to bone loss. He disagreed. He is a dentist, not an oncologist. I should have spoken up but I was taken by surprise that he spoke to me as if I was uneducated. Secondly, I had to ask for him to help shave down my broken tooth. He should have done is automatically. I paid into ones arrogance on this dentist visit. The receptionists are friendly for a reason and it is called compensation for the rest of the experience. I will now seek help elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Mark Pasternak's office for many years, possibly over 20 years now. I have had no complaints about his/or his dental assistants work. I would recommend him and his dental assistants in heartbeat to anyone, he and they are very caring and are concerned about your dental health. My husband and I just love him and all his assistants and front desk ladies. He & they are all very personable and easy to talk to, about anything not just your dental concerns. Love this office. I am never afraid to go, and it is always positive experience.
I highly recommend this clinic. I've been a patient for more than a decade and I have stayed one despite multiple moves within the GTA. The staff are friendly and professional, and the service is always excellent.
My husband and I are relatively new patients but we are impressed with the level of professionalism and care of Dr. Pasternak and his team. My hygienist Susy was thorough and personable. I would highly recommend them, plus they take great care in ensuring the safety of every patient.
Dr. Pasternak's clinic is run by passionate and professional individuals from when you walk in the door to when you walk back out. Great administrative staff that has a high attention to detail. The Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants are thorough in their duties while working gently within the mouth. X-rays are normally an annoyance to complete but the team made it pleasant, comfortable and quick. Dr. Pasternak is a seasoned veteran and it clearly shows. He is comprehensive in his approach. Communicates what the dental journey will be and makes sure you understand what he is doing and why. Dr. Pasternak is committed to the dental and overall health of his patients, which is a feeling I have not gotten from any other Dentist. Lastly, Dr. Pasternak's adherence to COVID-19 protocols are something to make note of. At no point did I ever feel at risk during my visits last year to the clinic. So much so, that I've brought my mother (Categorized by Public Health as a COVID-19 vulnerable person) to see Dr. Pasternak multiple times.
