Huge selection of products displayed wonderfully. They have a display where you can test and try almost all of the products before buying. Amazing customer service and the friendliest staff. Elegance is new in Canada but starts off their expansion on the right foot, high quality goods and high quality people.

I just purchased the elegance plus shampoo with macadamia oil and paired it with the condition and I am absolutely blown away my frizzy curls are now smooth, bouncy and I’m getting so many compliments! I got the fresh facial scrub and shower gel for my husband not only does he smell amazing his face is looking so much clearer with the scrub! So happy I found this brand and will continue to try their products!
I visited the showroom today, was pleased and over the top with the customer service provided. Amika was very helpful and great, she helped educate me on the products and best way to use them. The owners of the company were also present and they were absolutely great as well. Overall amazing products and even better customer service 10/10 would recommend.
